Working on 6G, you will hone your skills working with peritoneal dialysis, accessing ports, and administering chemotherapy.

- Patient Populations/Typical Diagnoses: cystic fibrosis, arrythmias, immunocompromised patients, kidney failure, infections, paralysis, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, and stroke

We are seeking a Surgical Tech with experience in complex surgeries i.e., neuro procedures (aneurysm, craniotomies), Head & Neck, Skull based, Reconstructive surgeries involving free "Tram" flap, Colorectal and/or Robotics. Experienced in multiple service lines such as ENT, GI, Ortho, Thoracic, Neuro, Gynecological, Urology, Vascular and Plastics with expertise in at least one is aMUST.
This position is FT, either 6:45-7:15p or 10:45-11:15p. On-call required.

In this role the ideal APP will be an experienced PA or Acute Care NP (ACNP or AGACNP) with prior GI experience.

Emory University Hospital Midtown is seeking an RN with a heart for hearts to join this 38-bed Cardiology Telemetry unit primarily functions as a Cardiac Step-Down floor with an emphasis on cardioversions, pre/post pacemaker ICD implant/explant and failure patients. All new hires participate in EKG, dysrhythmia and heart failure and device therapy course as part of orientation.

Providing care to patients with respiratory, neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, oncological and other critically unstable patients. All patients require education and many require airway management. This facility offers- wound management, HD (Hemodialysis), PD (Peritoneal Dialysis), LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) to aid in reaching their optimal level of recovery. They are Disease Specific Certified by the Joint Commission in respiratory care, wound care, and acquired brain injury. Patients require an interdisciplinary approach from physicians, nurses, rehab, respiratory, wound care, and case management- all on site. If critical care interests you, this would be a wonderful place to start.

Spring 2025 New Graduate RN Residency Program-Accepting Associate Degrees
Attention all December 2024 Graduates!
Applications will be accepted for the RN New Grad Residency Program from December 2024 through March 2025.
Here's How it Works:
As residents, you will participate in the residency program while simultaneously completing your department orientation. Each month, you will attend a four-hour learning session and work on an evidence-based practice project, which must be completed by the end of the 12-month residency prgram. Attendance is mandatory, and you will be paid fot the nurse residency sessions. During these sessions, you will have the chance to interact with clinical experts, collaborate on resolving clinical challenges and gain valuable insights into the resources available to support your practice.
Cohorts:
- Cohorts are determined based on your start date. Applications for the Nurse Residency Program are always open, and if hired, your cohort will be determined by your start date.
- For consideration for the Critical Care Units, having clinical experience, externships, senior practicums or have taken specific courses as part of the nursing cirriculum is highly preferred.
