The Corporate Director, Radiology & Imaging Operations provides systemwide operational leadership for diagnostic and interventional radiology and imaging services across a large, complex multi-hospital and ambulatory imaging network within Emory Healthcare. This role is accountable for the operational and financial performance, workforce strategy, and service growth of imaging services across hospitals, emergency departments, and ambulatory imaging locations. The Corporate Director directly leads modality directors and site leaders accountable for imaging operations and operating unit performance while partnering closely with nursing, physician, clinical and administrative leaders across EHC. In partnership with physician leadership, OU executives, and system partners, this role ensures alignment between systemwide imaging strategy and local operational execution. Through strong collaboration and operational discipline, the Corporate Director advances access, hospital throughput, quality and safety outcomes, workforce engagement, and patient experience across imaging services. Imaging services support highly complex tertiary and quaternary hospitals, nationally recognized interventional radiology programs, as well as community-based hospitals and ambulatory imaging locations across Emory Healthcare.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
Experience -Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, radiology services, or related clinical operational environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
Experience: Experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare operations and large operational teams preferred.
