Director of MRI Operations, Enterprise Radiology is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, operations, and management of MRI aligned across multiple radiology locations within the EHC enterprise.The ideal candidate for the position of Director Radiology Operations, Enterprise Radiology is:

  • A dynamic healthcare leader with a strong background in radiology operations and strategic planning.
  • They possess a deep understanding of access and operational excellence, with a proven track record of management and collaboration across multiple sites.
  • The candidate should have expertise in optimizing capacity utilization and reducing unmet demand, utilizing data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial for effectively liaising with imaging modality and organizational unit (OU) leadership, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in staffing management, talent pipeline development, and budgeting, with the ability to prepare financial analyses and develop business plans for service line expansion.
  • They should be adept at identifying gaps in service and formulating plans for growth, while also leveraging data analytics for informed decision support. Overall, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proficient in driving operational improvements and achieving high-quality staff and clinical performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Six years management experience within a medical imaging environment including multi-site group oversight.
