The Department of Urology is seeking full-time urologists at the Assistant Professor level, specializing in general urology, to serve within the Emory Healthcare system and its affiliates.  Enjoy a competitive salary package and excellent benefits options, including malpractice coverage. 

Description

Responsibilities 

  • Provide high-quality clinical care in Urology in ambulatory and hospital areas 
  • Perform surgeries and clinic-based procedures representative of general urology practice, with access to Da Vinci robotic systems 
  • Engage in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows as needed 
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Emory Healthcare system 
  • Maintain a valid medical license and adhere to all regulatory requirements  

 

Qualifications 

  • Board certified or board eligible in Urology 
  • Completion of an ACGME – accredited urology residency program 
  • Eligibility for a medical license in the State of Georgia 
  • Possession of a valid DEA certificate.  

 

Additional information 

  • Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. 
  • Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
