Description

The Nurse Manager will play a critical leadership role in managing clinical operations and fostering a culture of excellence. They will lead a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, ensure smooth clinic workflows, and deliver patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

 

Shift will be between 7am to 5:30pm; Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plans, coordinates and directs the daily operations of a specific section/division.
  • Supervises clinical staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.
  • Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.
  • Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others.
  • Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking.
  • Demonstrated success in managing clinical teams and complex operations.
  •  Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation. Foster a welcoming and private environment for executive clients

  • Deliver concierge-level care, ensuring personalized treatment and attention to detail.

  •  Address patient concerns with professionalism and discretion

 

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of experience as an RN with one (1) year of experience in a leadership capacity
  • All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
  • Certification preferred. BLS required and ACLS certifications may be required in designated departments.
