The Senior Content Manager will primarily manage editorial and patient communications, content development, review and execution. A successful candidate will have expertise developing ideas for and writing marketing and communications content for owned channels including social media, blog, web, and email. The Senior Content Manager is creative and has strong project management skills and the ability to report on content performance metrics. This is a hybrid role, with some in-office collaboration days required and occasional travel to Emory Healthcare locations for content production needs. This role is one of the primary engines that helps achieve consumer-facing marketing goals for the organization. As a content champion, the Senior Content Manager is responsible for growing Emory Healthcare's omnichannel content engagement strategy. Part of the Content & Design Team, this hands-on role will develop and execute a wide variety of content marketing projects that produce actionable and measurable results for editorial goals and marketing campaign objectives. Specifically, this role builds content campaigns that drive awareness for our services, products, locations, research, innovation, etc., for consumer, prospective employee and/or B2B audiences, aligned with strategic goals.
