Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Physician Recruiter coordinates the recruitment and hiring/orientation of physicians, mid-levels, (NP/PA) and staff/allied healthcare positions to meet the patient care needs of Emory Healthcare
  • Develops strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization
  • Partners with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectives
  • Manages physician recruitment and hiring processes for The Emory Clinic and favorably presents the practices and delivers quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive and responsive manner
  • Supports practice communication needs and acts as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Five (5) years of directly related professional work experience
  • Experience in Human Resources or Recruitment preferred
  • Education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of physician practice strategies for growth
  • Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many different projects at once
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
