We're seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Supervisor to continue the growth of our Hospital-Based Outpatient Rehab Clinic at Emory Johns Creek Hospital. Our Outpatient Rehab Clinic offers a comprehensive range of multidisciplinary services, including Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). We pride ourselves on delivering personalized care that empowers our patients to achieve their fullest potential.
As the Rehabilitation Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing both the clinical and administrative aspects of our Outpatient Rehab Clinic. You'll lead a team of passionate therapists and support staff, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care while maintaining operational excellence.
**Must have OP experience. Preferred previous leadership and process improvement experience.
